How much is shipping?

Domestic Shipping Fee — $5 for all orders under $50. Free for all orders over $50. ​

International Shipping Fee (outside USA) — $13.95 for all orders under $100. Free for all orders over $100. 

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship after it has been processed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Processing time takes 1-5 business days of receipt from the order date. However, if we have a promotion or a new launch, orders may take longer to process. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TreyGuidotti.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. Once orders have left our facility, the package is in the care of the postal carrier.
